Took multiple internal fintech products from idea to launch as the solo designer, working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and the CRM team. Ran alpha and beta tests with 50+ users and iterated on their feedback. This included a bank reconciliation product that cut statement mapping time by ~85%, from 20 minutes to 3 minutes.
